United States orders ship from our US warehouse in Provo, UT.

• Express: $15.00 USD (2–3 business days)
• Premium weekday delivery: $35.00 USD (1–2 business days)
• Premium Saturday delivery: $45.00 USD

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Shipping — Australia & New Zealand

• Complimentary shipping on Australian orders over $99 AUD
• Standard Australia: $10.95 AUD (2–6 business days)
• Express Australia: $14.95 AUD (1–3 business days)
• New Zealand: $19.95 AUD (5–10 business days)

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.

• Returns accepted within 30 days from the order date for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
• Refunds are issued at 90% of the purchase price of the product returned.
• Shipping costs (both delivery and return) are the customer's responsibility.
• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.
• Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
