United States orders ship from our US warehouse in Provo, UT.

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
- Returns accepted within 30 days from the order date for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- Refunds are issued at 90% of the purchase price of the product returned.
- Shipping costs (both delivery and return) are the customer's responsibility.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.
- Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
